What the authority reported
Certain vehicles equipped with the DW10F Euro 6.4 engine may have a defect in the system that monitors urea consumption. The diagnostic test designed to detect problems such as low urea use or a blocked injector may not run frequently enough. This creates a risk that the vehicle’s emissions system will not be properly checked, and as a result, the vehicle may fail to meet the required emissions standards.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
