What the authority reported

Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label and/or the compliance label may list incorrect tire size and/or tire pressure information. This could lead you to inflate the tires incorrectly and/or install the wrong tires. These errors could lead to poor handling and/or a tire failure.

Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the tire and loading information label and/or the compliance label.

What to do

Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
