What the authority reported

Issue: On certain RV trailers, the 120 V electrical outlet near the kitchen sink doesn't have ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protection.

Safety Risk: An electrical outlet that doesn't have ground-fault protection could create a risk of shock or electrocution.

Corrective Actions: Winnebago will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to replace the non-GFCI outlet with one that has ground-fault protection.
