What the authority reported
Issue: On a small number of waterjet trailers, a wrong coolant hose may have been installed in the engine. As a result, coolant could leak. Note: This recall only affects certain trailers equipped with a Cummins B6.7 diesel engine.
Safety Risk: A coolant leak could create the risk of a burn injury.
Corrective Action: Cummins will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a Cummins authorized service center to replace the coolant hose.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
