What the authority reported

Issue: On small number of motorhomes, the entry steps could extend on their own while driving.

Safety Risk: Steps that extend while driving could create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: Grand Design RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to reposition the switch for the entry steps. Alternatively, you may contact Grand Design RV to arrange for a mobile service technician to complete the repairs.
