What the authority reported

Issue: On certain buses, the lower window on the enter door may have the wrong glazing. Canadian regulations require certain glazing to be used on the entry door.

Safety Risk: Incorrect glazing could reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions: ABC Bus Inc. will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to install a non-transparent vinyl cover over the window, as necessary. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the inspection and repairs performed at an authorized ABC Bus Inc. service location.
