What the authority reported
A small number of Transit Courier vehicles which have been built where the rear-view camera turns black on the SYNC screen when the vehicle is placed in reverse. In addition some other Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features may not function as expected. Remedy: Updated software to be installed
