What the authority reported
On affected vehicles equipped with E-call the device may not function when trying to connect to E-Call (Emergency Call) and B-Call (Breakdown Call) due to incorrect BSRF (On-board radiocommunication transmitter) configuration and as a result does not comply with regulatory requirements. Remedy: Check and replace the Radio frequency connectivity box.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
