On affected vehicles equipped with a Ford Performance Whipple Supercharger Upgrade Kit the updated software may not be able to detect module hardware errors leading to unintended acceleration or unintended vehicle movement increasing the risk of a crash. Remedy: Update the Powertrain Control Module software.
