What the authority reported

The Safety Recall relates to the interior rear-view mirror. The interior mirror mounting plate may not have been bonded to the windscreen sufficiently. Due to an insufficient adhesive surface on the mounting plate (bracket) the rearview mirror could become partially or even completely detached from the windshield. If the rearview mirror becomes partially or even completely detached this could impair the visibility while driving. In the event of an accident this could increase the risk of injury. Remedy: The windscreen will be replaced on all vehicles.
