What the authority reported
The AC charging socket and the power socket for body parts and accessories are not fully electrically insulated from each other. As a result, when one socket is in use, electrical voltage may be present in the other socket. This creates a risk of electric shock.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
