What the authority reported
Due to a manufacturing error by the supplier, a small mechanical part in the terminal mount may loosen. If this happens, that loose part could cause a short circuit between the cells of the traction battery. This can produce a serious thermal hazard, which would trigger a red alert on the dashboard.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
