What the authority reported

Issue: Under certain conditions, when the truck is stationary, a software problem could cause the state of charge to be wrongly displayed as 0% even when battery is charged. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.

Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective actions: Rizon will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to update the battery management system and DC-box software.
